Theo Adams has been part of Cúrate since 2022, helping shape the systems and culture that support its team. In her previous role as Vice President of People and Administration, she brought  a hospitality-grounded, people-centered approach to leadership, guiding employee support, organizational development, and long-term growth. Theo plays a central role as head of Operations in strengthening workplace practices and ensuring continuity as Cúrate evolves. She also serves on the board of AIR (Asheville Independent Restaurants), supporting and advocating for the broader hospitality community. Her work reflects a deep commitment to sustaining the culture and people at the heart of Cúrate.
