Jessica Salyer has been part of Cúrate since before opening in 2011, helping shape the restaurant’s culture of hospitality from its earliest days. During this time, she has been instrumental in building Cúrate’s internationally-lauded wine program, developing a deep knowledge of Spanish wine through extensive study and regular travel, visiting vineyards and building lasting relationships with producers. She holds WSET Level 2 certification with distinction, earned ICEX Spanish Wine Educator accreditation, and has completed advanced Sherry training in Jerez. Having grown alongside Cúrate, Jessica brings continuity, perspective, and care to the guest experience, connecting diners to the regions, traditions, and people behind each bottle.
