Ángel joins us from Barcelona, bringing decades of decorated experience with traditional Spanish cooking and modern technique. His role leading Michelin-starred kitchens—from serving as Executive Chef and General Manager of Restaurant La Broche (Madrid and Miami), to Chef de Partie at three-starred Martín Berasategui and Katie and Felix’s own accoladed culinary alma mater, Elbulli—has gleaned countless awards and mentions, including inclusion as a Food & Wine Best New Chef. Once a professor at Basque Culinary Center University, Ángel is already making an impact in our kitchens, sharing his knowledge and refining techniques. He is an incredible teacher, and we are thrilled to bring him on board to mentor our team and continue our goal of constant improvement in the experiences we create.
