Chef Amy White has been part of Cúrate’s kitchen since 2014, growing alongside the restaurant and helping uphold its culinary standards. She worked across stations before becoming Executive Sous Chef, where she built and led the prep kitchen with precision, speed, and consistency. In 2025, she was named Chef de Cuisine, becoming the first woman to hold the role since Chef Katie Button. Amy brings a deep understanding of Cúrate’s traditions and a strong commitment to mentorship, carrying forward the culture and workplace values that define the restaurant while guiding the team into its next chapter.
